We preserve the product to ensure its performance throughout its use by choosing to include a freshness-saving liner inside the packaging of our herbs and spices and using cardboard and aluminum packaging to prevent product exposure to light. Direct Cultivation
We select the best land in the highlands of Calabria.

The harvest is made by hand respecting the natural cyrcles and the balsamic moment of each herb and spices.

Selection, cleaning and cutting
We select the best fruits immediately after harvested so that they can be processed within 24 hours.

We process herbs and spices at low temperatures in order to preserve the properties of the products as much as possible.
